Viigo server infrastructure has been enhanced, and can now handle the increased loads we have been seeing recently.

Viigo servers are currently experiencing very heavy load volumes, and will be slower than normal at responding to Channel Update Requests, Account Creations and Channel Additions. We expect this to improve in the next few hours.

If you are a user of the Corporate Edition of Viigo (i.e you downloaded Viigo for “BlackBerries with Corporate IT Policies“) we would recommend that you update to release 3.0.864. This release corrects a number of issues that might have caused your Updates to periodically fail. Please download the release from http://GetViigo.com directly.

If you are running Viigo on a STORM, and you have version 3.0.710 of the app, please upgrade. The new release (3.0.861) has a number of important features and enhancements (especially performance) over that of the Alpha (3.0.710). To identify your version, go to OPTIONS -> ABOUT.
